By contacting Asheville Custom Saunas, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Asheville Custom Saunas and any client who engages us for sauna design, installation, or related services in Asheville, NC and the surrounding Western North Carolina region.
Asheville Custom Saunas provides custom sauna design, construction, and installation services for residential and commercial clients. Our services include but are not limited to:
All services are provided by appointment. We come to your home or business location for consultations and installations. We do not operate a walk-in showroom or retail location.
All quotes provided by Asheville Custom Saunas are based on information gathered during the free consultation and site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if scope of work changes after the initial quote is provided, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during installation, or if material costs change significantly between the quote date and project start date. Any pricing adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.
A deposit is required to secure your installation date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your project agreement. Final payment is due upon completion of the installation and before our team leaves the job site. We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or credit card. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your project agreement.
Project timelines are estimates based on current scheduling, material availability, and permit processing times. Asheville Custom Saunas is not responsible for delays caused by permit processing by the City of Asheville or Buncombe County, material supply chain disruptions, weather conditions affecting outdoor installations, or changes requested by the client after project start. We will communicate any timeline changes as soon as they become known.
Any changes to the agreed project scope, materials, or design must be requested in writing and approved by Asheville Custom Saunas before work proceeds. Changes may affect the project timeline and total cost. We will provide a written change order with any associated cost or timeline impact before proceeding with modifications.
Asheville Custom Saunas warrants all installation workmanship for a period of one year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation quality and craftsmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, failure to follow maintenance guidelines, acts of nature, modifications made by the client or third parties after installation, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on heaters, controls, and other components are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.
Asheville Custom Saunas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage beyond the scope of our installation work. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or from our services shall be resolved in the courts of Buncombe County, North Carolina.
